Cardpeel & Stick - This variation on Integral Cards allows digital laser printing on both sides of the cards in one pass!

The CPS Duo-Cards have many uses and because they are printed on then folded they are twice the thickness of the base material meaning it is more robust and with the added abililty to laser data on both sides in one pass makes the personalization process faster and more efficient.

With double thickness Duo Cards.....(wording)

This is achieved by making the cards double the width (55mm x 170mm) and then having a self adhesive material on the reverse. When the cards are peeled from the document, they are folded at a crease at the centre (85mm from the edge) and the two self adhesive faces bond together to form a finished card of 55mm x 85mm (or any size or shape you like.)

The finished card is printed on both sides at one pass through a laser printer and is twice the thickness of the base material.

There can be up to 3 cards on one A4 sheet and this is especially useful when a large number of cards can be produced and laser printed on both sides at one time.
